Eat your Vitamins.
Vitamins and minerals perform hundreds of roles in the body. They create the cellular building blocks that make up our skin, bones, and muscles. They are responsible for creating your rich red blood that helps carry those nutrients and oxygen to the rest of your body, formulating chemical messages to each of your organs, ensuring proper communication from one to another. They help you live.
How do you make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need?
Making sure to eating a healthy diet is the best way to get sufficient amounts of the vitamins and minerals you need and taking vitamin supplements to make up the rest.

Since we know we don't eat enough of our vitamins with all our activity, we make sure we take our vitamins (thanks Herbaland!) regularly to make sure our skin, hair, organs and overall body functions fully and adequately. Being nutrient deficient can cause some significant health issues (which we have experienced) and is not a risk we are will to take again. We are all aging and with age comes damage to our cells, so take proper care of yourself and eat well-rounded, healthy meals and take your vitamins!
