Wash your Face.

We've all heard it before: Wash your face but I'm sure many, if not all of us, have skipped this tip at least once or twice.

It was only the last couple of years that we the importance of this tip. Being an active person, we tend to work up a sweat more than once a day, and considering our profession; it's not always easy to wash our face after every workout. But we've learned through the hard way that we must!

When we sweat, our pores become clogged with oil and dirt (plus makeup), which leads to bad breakouts both on our face and at times, body. Whereas, cleaning helps increase hydration, removes impurities and maintain clear and healthy skin Considering how hard we all work to look our best, contributing to this problem by not washing your face seems somewhat counterproductive. We found a quick and easy way to take care of this problem without disrupting too much of our day.

Facial and body wipes are our Lifesavers. Natural cleaners built into easy to pack wipes prove to make quick and practical solutions for our day to day work pace. We use Yuni Shower Sheets and Foam Wash because of its natural skin balancing components. They are non-toxic, plant-based, biodegradable, vegan, compostable, free of formaldehyde, petrolatum, sodium, sulfates, mineral oil, synthetic colors or fragrances, GMOs PABA, EDTA or PEGS. And it also helps that they smell great!

We also make sure to wash our face every night before bed with pure organic virgin coconut oil. It's done amazing things for our hormonal acne prone skin and also helps fights against signs of aging!

So it comes down to this- there is absolutely no excuse to not take proper care of your skin when these easy to use solutions are readily available. Take care of your outside as much as your inside!
