Everyone has a downer day. When you struggle with negativity or fatigue, its important to be gentle with yourself. We are not super humans. We are not robots. We might not always understand the reasoning behind our feelings because emotion is not simple. There is beauty in our breakdowns. There are lessons in weakness. Theres gifts in failures. Pause for a moment.
You are not alone in your struggle. You are not without support. We all go through it, and we are all there and able to help pick each other back up.
Meditate. Work out. Journal. Call a friend. Hug your partner. Do what you need to work through, and then push through for the positive. Every moment we have is a opportunity to appreciate.
