Training hard means sore muscles- taking the time to take care of your body after a great work out is equally important as the work out itself!
One tried and true trick we use (daily!) is at the end of our day, ideally before bed, we have a hot epson salt bath and soak for AT LEAST 20 mins. The salts and heat help your body recover and alleviate strain for your next training session.
Added plus? Add a touch of lavender essential oil and you will sleep like a baby!
