Hold The Carbs - Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix
This baking mix is gluten-free. Prepare with other gluten-free ingredients to get a delicious gluten-free dessert.
Makes 3 delicious, moist, healthy pancakes or 2 large waffles.
You will need
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- cup milk of your choice
Directions: Mix egg and milk then add Protein Pancake Mix. Spray frying pan with cooking oil then form 3 pancakes from your batter in frying pan. You may need to make 1 or 2 at once depending on the size of your frying pan. Flip your pancakes after a few minutes.
To make waffles, spray your waffle maker with cooking oil. Prepare the batter the same way and pour mixture into waffle maker. Cook until done.
Serve with fresh fruit, no sugar added maple syrup, no sugar added jam, peanut butter or your other favorite toppings.
